CVR Test Operator Register

In accordance with Section 29 of the Road Safety Authority (Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness) Act 2012 (PDF) , the Authority is required to establish and maintain a register of CVR test operators. The register must contain the details of the following: 

  • authorised CVR test operators/CVR testing centres;
  • the categories of vehicle that may be tested;
  • authorisation expiry dates; and
  • whether an authorisation has been suspended or revoked
